Pilgrims of Noise

The London Underground roared with damp wind flooding the carriage, but the four young people’s laughter cut sharper than the screech of steel on steel. They sprawled across the jolting seats like the most rebellious blood cells in this ancient city’s veins.

Their hair was a spilled paintbox. Beneath the lemon‑yellow mohawk, a face was intently tuning a guitar; the fiery red crest bobbed with every restless movement, silver studs on the leather jacket glinting like scattered stars in the dim light; and the towering pink‑purple plume leaned against the window, casting a cold gaze at the light streaks hurtling past in the tunnel.

Nobody spoke, but everybody vibrated.

The drummer tapped an unheard beat on his knees with his sticks; the bassist chewed on a pick, humming a bass line not yet written into any score; the vocalist stared at his paint‑splattered canvas sneakers, where he had drawn a crooked map in acrylic—from Manchester to Berlin, from Barcelona to Athens—the place‑names spreading like weeds along the laces.

They were about to set off.

Not the kind of tour planned with managers and contracts. They carried only three cases of second‑hand gear, a wad of handwritten lyrics, and crumpled train tickets in their pockets—like medieval troubadours, ready to pierce the silence of Europe with their roar.

IT Model,” the vocalist suddenly said, his voice chopped by the train’s rumble. “Not ‘model’ as in fashion—it’s a template. A template for making noise.”

That was their manifesto. Youth wasn’t capital; it was ammunition. Chaos wasn’t a flaw; it was an aesthetic. In the deepest corners of each city’s livehouses, beneath low ceilings and beside leaking toilets, they meant to give lost souls a deafening embrace.

First stop: Leeds. They would grind Manchester’s dampness and Liverpool’s pride into their distortion pedals. Then came Dublin’s rain, Glasgow’s wind—every city would be repainted, as vibrant and unsettling as their hair, impossible to ignore.

The train slowed into the station. The four stood up, hoisted their gear, and the purple‑haired frontman took one last look out the window—the Thames was melting the sunset into golden shards.

Their journey was about to begin in a roar, and that roar was their language.

From London, winding through Munich, Hamburg, Berlin, Athens; cutting across Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Marseille; down to Lisbon, Porto, Milan, Florence, Warsaw, Riga; up to Amsterdam, Vienna, Copenhagen, Stockholm—every night would ignite a small explosion.

Warsaw, Riga, Amsterdam, Vienna, Copenhagen, Stockholm—these names would become new lyrics, new screams.

Because some people paint the world with brushes, some with words—and they paint it with noise, building their own brief, brilliant cathedrals in each sleepless city.

The doors opened, and four vivid figures disappeared into London’s evening crowd.

Europe was waiting. And they were coming, armed with the guitar that could redefine what a “model” really meant.
