Vaccines arrived, borders loosened, and IT Model’s tour map began to explode.
In spring 2021, carrying their new EP Noise Pilgrimage, they pushed south for the first time — into the Iberian Peninsula and along the Mediterranean coast. From Montmartre to Barcelona’s sea breeze, from Lisbon’s tram tracks to Milan’s vintage theatres, each stop drew bigger crowds than the last. People were starved for live music, and IT Model’s show was the best antidote they could find.
By summer, they swung north into the land of the midnight sun. Copenhagen and Stockholm are known for their cool audiences, but IT Model smashed that Scandinavian ice with sweat and raw screams.
Key stops: Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Marseille, Lisbon, Porto, Milan, Florence, Copenhagen, Stockholm.
Iconic moment: After a Barcelona show, the crowd refused to leave. The band came back on stage and improvised three brand‑new songs — without titles — two of which later made it onto their next album.
That year, they evolved from “UK punk newcomers” into “Europe’s most unmissable live act.”
